Thomas Alva Edison
Thomas Edison was born in Milan Ohio 1847 he was a businessman and a inventor he also invented new things like an phonograph and the long lasting light bulb and other things he was also very charming and serious about work and also he liked to invent new things.
Early Life: His mom's name was called Nancy Matthews Elliott. In school he daydreamed and the teacher thought that he was slow so his mum kicked him out of school when he was five So she homed school him. In 1854 his family moved to Port Huron, Michigan. He also delivered newspapers and candy on trains. His father escaped to Canada because he took part in the unsuccessful Mackenzie rebellion. Thomas studied chemicals. But then he discovered his talent as a business man.
Career: Thomas Edison is an inventor his first job was an telegrapher invented the phonograph then he recreated the electric light bulb to make it last longer and invented the motion picture camera which he filmed two cats boxing and someone doing bike tricks. He also invented the electric chair and he electrocuted and elephant called Topsy on film.
