Leadership-Diya

How to be a leader

Leaders are people that change the world and make the world a better place in their own way. Although leaders can be famous you can be a leader in your own way. This report is about the qualities of a leader whether they were determined or reflective. The types and whether they were violent or nonviolent.  The impression they left on the world and our everyday lives.

Leaders are moulded on their qualities. They are courageous, they will do what they need to do to make people believe in what the believe in.
Leaders can be violent and nonviolent. They throw themselves into the deep end. Leaders are determined. Leaders are also reflective. Leaders  inspire people to follow on their footsteps. For example Gandhi inspired Martin luther king jr and Nelson Mandela to stop segregation. Leaders face their fears and that’s what makes them leaders.
Leaders are different. Leaders can be put into two categories: Violent and Nonviolent. For example Hitler was a violent leader and Gandhi was nonviolent. The different categories then branch off into other things like for example violent would branch off into wars, politics, terrorism and protesters and nonviolent would branch off into segregation, racism, law and unfairness.

Leaders leave imprints of what their actions all over the world. They stop racism, start wars and divert politics. They don’t give people the fish, they teach them how to fish. They make decisions and pay for them, sometimes with their lives. Leaders are people who (usually) want to see a change in the world. War leaders want more power and sometimes that is a form of leadership.

Leaders are very important for the world.  Without them, we wouldn’t be where we are now. Some leaders are rebellious. Without Gandhi, the British would have kept India and made it really unfair for the Indians. Without Martin Luther King Jr segregation would erupt and go all over the world. Without Nelson Mandela, Africa would still be divided. Some leaders are tyrannical and  want revenge on their enemies. Hitler, Gandhi, Ernest rutherford,Nelson mandela, they were all leaders. Who knows, will you become a leader?
