Why should you be a Leader?

Leaders can be all sorts of things they can be TED Talk Leaders, Leaders in school, Leaders in technology they can be lot’s of things.

You should be a Leader because you get lot’s of happiness from it and you make others happy so that’s the best reward you can get, this is how to become a Leader and how Leaders help out in society!,But first I’m going to talk about different ideas. If you want to be a Leader read on!

      

Crazy ideas can be the best ideas because if we didn’t have unrealistic ideas we wouldn’t have light bulbs,computers,glass,tv’s and many more!...

If we didn’t have Leaders then we wouldn’t have lot’s of things that we have now! You may be naturally talented at something but if you don’t practise you won’t get any better, Leaders always have to practise to become an even better Leader. if you want to be good at something then you have to practise, even some of the best Leaders still have to practise.

If you have a crazy idea then it’s a good idea, like when Thomas Edison was born on February the 11th 1847 in Milan Ohio. He thought of the light bulb it took him over ten thousand attempts but he got it, because he was determined to get it done and now almost everyone with a house has a light bulb and that’s how he became a Leader. It may be hard but if you work at it you may just get there!

So if you want to be a leader you should be determined, if the first person doesn’t follow then others won’t.

You always need a Leader to Lead others.

There are Bad Leaders too such as Osama Bin Laden, he led the Al-Qaeda which was pretty much the worst gang in the world and Osama Bin Laden was one of the worst leaders in the world he was not kind and killed lot’s of people and separated families, but he was a Leader and made people do the wrong thing so he was a Leader but in the wrong way.

You can be a Leader but some people are not Leaders for a good reason.

Hitler was a huge Leader, when hitler was a child Hitler was a resentful, Mean child. Moody, lazy, of unstable temperament, and when he grew up he wanted to be an artist and he got enough good grades to make it into an art school. But still He was a very cruel person who thought that everyone who wasn’t a pure blooded German was bad and filthy. He put a lot of people through misery and pain. This is not Leadership because he killed innocent people He didn’t even know the people he was killing, they could of been nice and pleasant. But he carried on and attacked Poland! And that started the war,  Hitler committed suicide on 28th of April 1945. He was a Leader but he did it for a bad purpose so when you become a Leader do it for the right reasons.

If you want to be a Leader and have been expired by this than remember

A leader always needs to make mistakes otherwise they won’t learn from them, many other leaders have always made mistakes, and you will too!
