    John Phillip Key was born in Auckland, New Zealand on the 9th of August 1961. Key likes being at

    home. He dreamed to be a millionaire and to become a Prime Minister of New Zealand, and his 
    dream came true.




    In the mid-1980s, after graduating from the University of Canterbury with a Commerce Degree, he


    started working in an investment banking, and his first job was lucrative for him.   



    Keys’ parents were George Key and Ruth Key. His father was an English Immigrant and his
    mother is an Australian Jewish Immigrant.


    George Key(John Key’s father) was a veteran of the Spanish Civil War and Second World War.
    His dad died because of heart attack in 1967. After this tragedy John Key and his two sisters went to a state house in the Christchurch suburb of Bryndwr with their mother.


    He attended Aorangi School, then Burnside High School, and earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in accounting from the University of Canterbury in 1981. He has attended management studies courses at Harvard University.


    Key met his wife named Bronagh in Burnside High School, the school where they both T studied. They were married in 1984, Key was 23 years of age and Bronagh 21 years of age. Bronagh was born in Irene Dugan on 14th of November 1963. Until she became pregnant, ​​first she worked as a personnel consultant.  Now they have two children named Max Key and Stephanie Key.

    Key attends church frequently but is agnostic when it comes to belief in God. He stated that he doesn’t believe in afterlife and says that he sees the religion as “doing the thing right”. Key is the third prime minister or premier of New Zealand after Julius Vogel and Francis Bell with Jewish ancestry.


    Keys first job was in 1982, as an auditor in McCulloch Menzies. Then he moved in Christchurch-based clothing manufacturer Lane Walker Rudkin for two years. After that, he moved in Wellington and started working in  Elders Finance for two years after that he went  to Auckland-Based Bankers Trust in 1988. Then he went to Singapore in Merrill Lynch. He then moved in London but he still worked in the same firm, and he may have earned around US$2.25 million a year including bonuses.


    In Russian, on 1998 there was a financial crisis the company lost millions of money. But Key was interested to continue the political career and the president John Stated began working actively to recruit him.


    In 2008 November, John Key became the 38th Prime Minister of New Zealand after of 9 years which he worked under Helen Clark(the 37th prime minister of New Zealand). He is still the Prime Minister of New Zealand.
