Recount: The Favourite 5 mins of Camp for me
“Keep going, we can make it”. As I was rolling the barrel with Samo on top and lost my .....voice by encouraging my team.My group was assisting Samo so he didn’t fall down. We kept rolling until we passed the 2 cones.
Samo jumped off the barrel and I could feel the delight in my chest as we run to get the rope and roll through the mud and with all the slime all of over my clothes we had to jump out of the duck pond and had to start running to the beach with each group member holding the rope.
Elliot was stuck in the water( duck pond, muddy and dirty) and couldn’t get out so I had to run back and pull him out. We were all holding the rope and were sprinting, our sprint wasn’t fast because we just got out of the duck pond but we were still running as fast as we could.
“Come on we’re nearly there!” my group kept encouraging the members to keep going..My group had to get in the ocean until it was chest height and we were all sprinting until we got to chest height in the water. I asked myself can I get into the ocean till chest height?
“Woohoo, yeah, woooo”, I was screaming loudly because I got into the water without drowning and I saw my groups reaction and it was so hard to get that smile on their faces. My group got out of the water and went on to the rocks to take a picture and I could smell our food from close to the ocean and I felt delighted.

When I Was Sick
I was sick so I didn’t go to the school camp.On tuesday the day before camp I wasn't really sick so I packed my bags to go to camp. On Wednesday my dad drove me and Ryan to Pier Z but I was coughing so much so my dad said, “you can’t go to camp”. I was really,really sad but I got over it because we went to the Warehouse and I got 4 monster trucks.I really liked them. After that, for the whole week I stayed at home.The only things I did At home was lie in bed watch, T.V, play on the computer and have medicine but on Sunday my friend Jonah came over.When Jonah came over we first went on our scooters and bikes.I went on my bike and he went on his scooter. we raced down and up my driveway.Up and down the path, we had lots of fun. After we went inside to play with my monster trucks. we made ramps for them. and we made them race.They were scratched a lot.Then we played on my computer.We mostly watched monster truck videos.We also played some games.Next we ate lunch, it was nice, Then Jonah went home.

When hub 3 was at camp In Hub 4 we were making a movie by taking pictures to show people how we : connect , reflect and more Stonefields learner qualities .
I liked it ,because I had the chance to meet more kids and to be with my brother.I also liked,because I was the bigger one there and the work was quite easy.
On Friday we played learning game which is called “human and photo camera”. To play this game we had to have a buddy.
The WALHT was “quite a buddy safely to capture a snapshot of our environment ”
My buddy was Amy M. Amy lead me to the bush.The bush was green and spiky .The sun was shining on me .Next to the spiky bush was a little palm .I could smell the fresh air .
One thing that I learned was that the moon is moving around the earth and earth is moving around the sun.
It was nice to be in hub 4. : )
